OUR STAFF

Pastor Jason Avery serves as the Lead Pastor at BNC. He began his ministry here in June 2012 as a Children's, Student & Family Pastor. In January 2021, Pastor Jason accepted an invitation to serve as the Lead Pastor. Along with his wife, Amy, they have 4 kids who keep them going non-stop.

Pastor Jason is a graduate of Southern Nazarene University and following his education, he was ordained as an Elder in the Church of the Nazarene.

Pastor Jason wants to see our church grow closer and continue to form together as ONE family learning to worship God together.

Pastor Mark Hall started to serve at BNC as the Interim Student Ministries Pastor until God led in unison to bring him on staff as one of our Associate Pastor. He began his ministry with us in November of 2020. He works bi-vocationally and holds a full-time job at Data Center Inc. (DCI). Pastor Mark and his wife, Amy, are raising four kids with one married and out of the nest.

Pastor Mark is a graduate of Travecca Nazarene University with a degree in ministry and following his education, he was ordained as an Elder in the Church of the Nazarene.

Pastor Mark has served in a number of churches and has experience in leading ministry with both children and teenagers. He is valuable member of our staff.

Leah Nickel serves as the Administrative Assistant at BNC. She began her ministry with us in January of 2021. Leah works bi-vocationally while working as a stay-at-home mom and running a personal sales consultant position with Mary Kay. Leah is married to Samuel and together have two beautiful daughters.

Leah graduated from a private Christian school in Tyro, Kansas. She is passionate about continuing to learn new things in many capacities.

Along with serving at BNC, Leah also serves as an Administrative Assistant for Spark United, a church plant in the Hutchinson community.
