Who We Are

BNC is simply a bunch of regular people who have messed up, blown it, failed and missed the mark more times than we’d like to admit. But by the grace of Jesus Christ we’ve found forgiveness, meaning and purpose for our lives. Because of this, our vision is to dedicate ourselves to Him and to passionately share our collective story with as many people as we can.

So that’s what we’re about, and we promise that our volunteers, the church staff and all of us will do everything we can to help you on your journey of faith here at BNC.

The Mission of BNC

Gathering

WE believe that GATHERING together as one body for worship is pivotal in our Christian walk. Hebrews 10:24-25 tells us that "And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up GATHERING together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching."

Growing

We don't simply gather for the sake of gathering. We do this to spur on a GROWING relationship with God and fellow believers. Colossians 1:9b-10a says "We continually ask God to fill you with the knowledge of his will through all the wisdom and understanding that the Spirit gives, so that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and please him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, GROWING in the knowledge of God..."

Going

The third step in our mission is going. We believe that in our spiritual growth it encourages us to not to be Christians who sit idly but to be people who are GOING. Matthew 28: 19 says "Therefore GO and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit."
